Great work leaves a trail.

Find the answer.
Understand the story.
Connect what happened to the people, processes, and reasoning behind it. A knowledge graph that brings the whole picture into focus.
A delivery complaint connects to its policy, owner, and resolution history.

The answer is already in approved knowledge. Keep the task inside your environment.
Useful to your people.
Thoughtful with your data.
Growing with every day.
KnowVault is being built around a simple belief: the experience your company earns should keep working for you.
Good knowledge
starts with a conversation.
We’re looking for design partners with real workflows
and experience worth keeping.
What stage is KnowVault at?+
KnowVault is an early-stage product concept. The demonstrations on this page illustrate the planned experience. We’re inviting design partners to help validate the first workflows.
How is this different from a document search tool?+
The goal is to connect the relationships between knowledge, people, and processes—and capture new lessons from real cases. Sources, reasoning, and review history remain part of that memory.
Does all company data go to external AI?+
The planned architecture manages knowledge locally. External models would receive only context permitted by an organization’s policies and needed for a specific task. Context compression alone is not a security control.
Who should become a design partner?+
Teams with repeatable workflows, scattered knowledge, and sensitive business experience. Customer support and operations are useful starting points. Contact us to discuss a focused pilot.
